Paving the Way!!!

These are the stuff that run through the walls of my mind (although I tend to think that there really are no walls-slash-boundaries in it). I believe in the power of writing. If you stumble upon any of my entries please make a comment. I will greatly appreciate your participation in my life's written account.

About Me

My photo
Japo
Second “Koyah” ng Arki Forum (after ni Araschid Abdul), kumakain nang tama at nag-eexercise sa umaga, praning lang sa pagkain, lahat nalang carcinogenic (“ang apple ay carcinogenic”), isang taong madaming raket, ibibigay ang sarili sa iba, puna lahat, down-to-earth, sensible, determined in the face of adversities, doesn't use too many words but still eloquent. He is CHISMOSO, sensitive, martyr, hard worker, dedicated, passionate, talented, and vain. Even when he stands doing nothing, he wants to do something. He’s itching for it every single time. And that single fact people know when they think about him makes them love him. He may look intimidating because of his huge built, but one would surely dismiss this notion upon an encounter. He is fun to be with because of his great “banats” and witty personality. But don’t let this personality of his fool you, he also has a serious side. When it comes to work, his dedication and commitment are some of his edges. This kind-hearted guy has a lot of heart to help others in his own way. If you want to talk to someone, it would be him. He gives the best advice there is!

Green Tea Helps

What is green tea?

The use of green tea in cultural and traditional settings may differ from concepts accepted by current Western medicine. When considering the use of herbal supplements, consultation with a primary health care professional is advisable. Additionally, consultation with a practitioner trained in the uses of herbal/health supplements may be beneficial, and coordination of treatment among all health care providers involved may be advantageous.

Green tea is also known as Camellia sinensis.

Green tea has been used for stomach disorders, vomiting, diarrhea, to prevent dental cavities, to lower cholesterol levels, as an antioxidant, to reduce cancer, and as a stimulant.
